I went in to get a “repo” situation figured out so I could refinance my auto loan through this bank. The amazing Abby is the one that I had the opportunity to work with. Not only did she figure out the repo issue but she was also able to get me approved to be refinanced for a way better rate! She was on the ball and very quick with every question and issue I had!

Abby is always amazing. Initially we went to her because her small corner office has toys and our five year old flocked to her but we really love her. Her customer service is outstanding and she's always willing to help us make sure we understand everything. Originally we did our car loan through credit union of America.
