Chris Ramsey at the hutch location has absolutely restored my faith in humanity whole heartedly. I happened to stop at the hutch branch yesterday to see if there was a way to change my account numbers due to some drama in my divorce, & Mr. Ramsey not only heard me out, but he made numerous phone calls to get the proper permissions to make me a second account that my ex has no access too, even though my credit score has taken a huge hit with this mess. I had an incredible experience at this credit union. Chris R explained the answers to all of my questions very thorough and kindly. He was very respectful, professional, and seemed glad to help. I will be leaving my current bank & banking here for now on out. I recommend anyone who has a bank account, to swap to a credit union as there are so many more benefits than at a regular bank has and provides.
