Hi, I just wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to all the wonderful people at the credit union!! I have been a member since I believe 1989. It is always fun to come in and joke around with all the great humored and professional people there!! Some retired now (just like I have). And new ones coming up through the ranks. Always fantastic to deal with! OCCU knows their customers personally, and you never feel like you’re just another customer, like with the big banks. I’ve dealt with Sharan for our mortgage and she’s always so efficient and helpful. Absolutely recommend them!
