I know a member was only notified my mail of a sizesble deposit. No phone call, no text, no email! Account was frozen. Now theyrd being charged a very sizable sum to unfreeze the account! Some of the funds are in very dire need. Some of the money required gas been paid but it seems that the credit union is being more difficult than it needs to be. Extremely uncooperative!
