If you somehow fall for a scam and dispute the charge with the debit card fraud investigator department don’t expect much and expect them to negative your account removing the provisional credit even though you have sent them all evidence and followed all steps showing what happened and why the credit should remain because you send them evidence and try to call and they punish you for their negligence and communication problems. They have become extremely difficult to do business with. It wouldn't matter the rate just to experience less difficulty elsewhere. 4 months of trying to update bank account information for a mortgage with them and it is still not completed. After all the overdraft fees and return fees that account is being closed. Then maybe they will actually change it. Not to mention the hours wasted each month just trying to get in touch with someone. Maybe don't attempt AI automation until you have the basics down. They have since reach... read more

RE: Mail in Deposit I’ve been with Credit Union 1 for quite a few years now. I have not had a problem with banking or on-line experience. The staff have always been helpful. I would like to also acknowledge Alethia from the Rantoul, IL Branch. She has been very pleasant, kind, polite, and professional. She follows through and has been very helpful. I highly recommend Credit Union 1. -CO

I do not recommend this bank for car loans. Find a better credit union to use for your loan, including a refinance. In the end, the bank looses customers due to their poor customer service. I'd give them zero stars if I could do so on Google.
