Worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Don't ever bank with them they are a disgrace.
I would recommend this credit union to others for sure.
1. I never get to speak to a CU1 human representative. 2. Other members always take priority over my wife and me. 3. Their CU1 AI CHAT BOT is ignorant and always unhelpful. 4. Their on-line systems are set up to not allow the customer to get resolution or access their own data. 5. If I could change to a real credit union today I would!
The fraud department didn’t have my back. They constantly brought up irrelevant information in my case. With my previous experience working in a bank it was unfortunate they didn’t support my claims with ample evidence provided. I thought that was the point of a credit union but they didn’t protect me.
