Tried to call and ask questions and Cathy was very rude!!!!!!!! Can’t stand dealing with this company
Rude and unprofessional. I would recommend recording the phone calls yourself, and make sure to let them know you are doing so. The tone of our conversation changed after I called back and let them know I was also recording.
This company sent me a notice of collection for a bill that I did not owe and had refused to pay. When I called them to dispute the charge I was hung up on. They did not send me anything to justify the charge and simply sent another notice!! Since I have been battling this bill for over a year, I am going to pay it so as not to let it get on my credit report but I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities since it is illegal to refuse to let someone dispute a charge. They are a horrible company with horrible cust... read more
