I am extremely disappointed and honestly upset with the experience I had dealing with Credit Systems, Inc. today. After suffering a traumatic ankle injury over a year ago on May 2, 2025, I had no choice in where I was taken for emergency care. Under those circumstances, I would never have willingly chosen HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge (North Suburban), especially given the experience I had there. Tried to call and ask questions and Cathy was very rude!!!!!!!! Can’t stand dealing with this company
Rude and unprofessional. I would recommend recording the phone calls yourself, and make sure to let them know you are doing so. The tone of our conversation changed after I called back and let them know I was also recording.
