I am extremely disappointed and honestly upset with the experience I had dealing with Credit Systems, Inc. today. After suffering a traumatic ankle injury over a year ago on May 2, 2025, I had no choice in where I was taken for emergency care. Under those circumstances, I would never have willingly chosen HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge (North Suburban), especially given the experience I had there.
