I closed my account and I still haven’t received my check
I have only one word for the staff in this branch: RUDE ! I have worked with the branch in Zurich for years and the staff there were nothing but nice and helpful, the exact opposite of people here! I think a reputable bank like CreditSuisse should pay more attention to what happens at branches in other countries! Keep away from this branch at all costs!
