Tried to call and find out what services they offer. Someone answered the phone and said they would transfer me to sales. I was then transferred to a voicemail…horrible customer service
They sent me a letter for a medical debt collection. I sent them a certified letter asking for debt validation right away. They failed to validate the debt in the allowed 30 days required by law. I am still illegally receiving message asking for my account to be resolved. I called them today to inform them, they failed to provide any documents to me in the required time frame. How many times in your life do you expect to have a positive experience from a debt collection agency? I sure didn't, but this team has delivered. Mr. Garcia, and Ms. Salazar carry themselves with great professionalism and understanding. Their jobs are not easy. How can it be when they are constantly met with negativity and anger and frustration with everyone they talk to? Joe Boyd was extremely kind, and understanding with position for a payment being needed. Spoke clearly and was helpful with providing information.
I owed a balance that was ultimately reported to this company. Payment crossed in the mail and should not have reported. I called Credit Service Company on 5-27-2025 and confirmed the balance was $0.00. I have a confirmation number indicating a zero balance. Sonce that time i have received text messages and additional bills stating I have not paid this obligation. Where is the money?
