Nice and helpful upfront, but did not do a good job of keeping me informed with any progress, other than generic “we’re working on it” emails.
Kelly and team were so helpful in getting me in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable and didn't mind taking time to explain any questions I had. In 2012/13 Kelli changed mine and my husband’s lives. She is amazing! Our credit has been healthy for YEARS because of the boost she gave us, and the information she taught us going forward. We have owned two homes, and now own a home and land. Out credit is still excellent and we intend on keeping it that way.
