I originally was told by the salesperson that I had to pay $300 for the credit services since my report was not that bad. I only had 3 issues that needed to be fixed. Today I was charged $99 and called in to see why and they said there is nothing they can do about the issue even though I was told I would not be charged. Do not do business with them as they will take your money and have zero responsibility for what they originally agreed to.
