Please stay away from here, I started my process in November 23 2020. I am writing this review on January 31st of 2022. I have been MORE than patient. Initially I was told they work credits based on disputes and that I would receive letters from credit bureaus and had to forward them to CP720. I never received any letter regarding disputes etc. I contacted them with my concern of not getting letters and I was told Credit Bureaus were not sending letters due to COVID. It brakes my heart having to write this bad review because I came to Credit Points 720 through a person who I still consider a friend and a Christian. Unfortunately, Credit Points 720 is not what they tell you it is. The agent portraits the Company as a credit live saver, but in reality what it does is hurt your credit even more (by looking into your credit and start communicating with okd accounts, it will impact your credit very negatively) and I’ll explain. Saludos, Excelente servicio para con mi persona. En menos de 3 meses he vistos cambios grandes. En todo momento me han devuelto las llamadas como aclarado todas mis dudas. No me arrepiento en lo absoluto de haber puesto mi confianza en Mariela Morales excelente representante de servicios. Sumamente feliz lo recomiendo.

Te convencen que en corto tiempo te Van arreglar el Crédito! Después que estas enganchando en el programa la única llamada que recibes es solamente para cobrarte tu dinero! Al final del programa ni una llamada de cortesía o algún reporte del trabajo realizado, si no llamas nadie te da respuesta, es pésimo servicio al cliente! They sell you the program with which you are going to raise the score in a short time, without any type of credit counseling, during the entire process of the program, do not waste your money with this company! the only call you receive is when you are charged and at the end of the program no one responds for the rating, much less for your money.

La peor compañía de crédito note ayudan en nada te Cojen tu dinero por un año y todo se queda igual con tu crédito solo quieren tu dinero te hablan bien profesional asta q te agarran y te estafan sin vergüenzas que son Pagamos 3,000 dólares entre mi esposo y yo y el crédito sigue igual o peor que antes no lo recomiendo para nada

SCAM ALERT!! BEWARE!! CREDIT POINT 720 uses low dollar "agents" who do not understand credit laws or speak the correct language to review documents provided. They use low dollar foreigners to do foot work. BEWARE:: Very poor service. They don’t answer phones after you pay them in full. They never dispute negative accounts and then they tell you that THEIR “system” says that that they are. You send in paperwork and they don’t even look it over.
