Scam, Scam, Scam. Compare your options – This place does nothing for you, they simply take your money and run. They are impossible to get on the phone after signing up and although I understand how it all works, but they are just a scam all the way around. I would definately recommend shopping around and looking for a different company to go with. They should be outlawed for their bad practices!

Very fine example of the industry – Yes, there are always those with concerns, and it alway is those persons who are the most vocal. I am one who learned the hard way that this service is very expensive when compared to others like it; so shop around. That said the company uses the standard catch phrases, and by the way can not get anything done that the consumer can not do her or himself. Matt W. Greggains is a very nice person on the phone and we can only hope he is less nice with the creditors.

Scam – I also sign up for it. It failed me and trying to drop the membership was dreadful, I was placed on hold with two different people twice. Then, I asked for a refund. After all, they provided no service. They did not speak with any of my creditors. I sent certified letters. The only thing I received from Credit Solution was a stack of papers, which I had to run off my computer. I spent over a 1000.00 and guess what the refund was received. 250.00. Yeah, that is it. Be Very Careful! – So, I sign up for the program. I want to get out of debt. When I talk to the person that enroll me, I clearly said: I need 60 months to pay this. Very sad, to realized that after 6-8 months, the program does not have any resistance. They start offering settlements, you don't have the amount of the offering, nobody is happy.
