I got a call from this company almost 6 yrs ago. The conman I spoke to was claiming that this place was a litigation office and that i was being sued for a payday loan for $200 that I never took out from PDL ventures under an old bank account I had that had been closed since 2008. He told me that if I pay the difference of $160, they can help me get the charges against me dropped and told me that if I ignore paying them that I would be arrested for a "returned check" and serve 2 yrs in jail.
