Had an amazing experience with my pup today! Our usual vet was closed and we popped in to see if they would be able to take us on a whim. They took my pup in right away and took amazing care of him. Dr. Khalil was so kind and warm to my anxious pup and he had a great visit. Definitely considering switching here! Thank you for a great experience for me and my pup.
Our first experience with Credit Landing Animal Hospital was after our doggie (Mozzie) had been attacked by an off leash dog. Our regular vet at another clinic wasn't available and a neighbour recommended Dr. Khalil at Credit Landing. We called and Dr. Khalil waited for us to arrive. After that visit we continued to take Mozzie to Credit Landing for all of his checkups and medical issues. I've never felt they did anything that wasn't necessary. I am forever grateful for the care and help provided. They a a very nice Dr. and a the sweetest young woman who assists. The Dr. has good values. They did all the preliminary testing, but referred me elsewhere for emergency. VEC TORONTO was completely overpriced and made me repeat all the same tests! I have been going to this clinic for over 15 years because it was convenient and close by. Unfortunately, over time the service has changed a lot. Be prepared to spend thousands of dollars, as they seem unwilling to do anything without multiple blood tests, ultrasounds, X-rays, and other expensive procedures. It often feels like the focus is more on charging as much as possible rather than providing reasonable care options. The love and attention this amazing team has shown our beautiful boy (6 years now) from the beginning is nothing short of outstanding. They truly care about their patients. When we had any concerns Dr. Khalil and his team were front and centre with not only their knowledge but their warmth, love and compassion. Can't imagine going anywhere else!!
