I am a collector/plaintiff. You would think most people rating this company one star would be people getting garnished. Well, here is another perspective...I spent 1 year and 3 months trying to work with this company. Over that time, they stonewalled many times. This company has refused to provide any information for me to check on my account and has refused to give me an update on any money collected through my judgment.They literally said to me, just forget about your account and the process is watching the grow but refused to provide any info. All Im asking for is my account number so I could verify my account through the webpage and they refuse to give it to me. And I still dont know if they took my money yet or not because theyre refusing to provide any thing for me.
Another bad review for this company which seems to be the only kind they get and it's well deserved. I was sent a flyer for their collection services and since I had been trying for 2 years to collect on a debt I won in Small Claims Court, I decided to give this company a try. For 9 months they did nothing. If I wanted to know what actions were being taken, I had to write every few months and ask.
