The only recurring issue I have with Credit Human is that they do not offer Zelle. Instead, they provide a money transfer service called “Pay a Person,” which is not as efficient. The service only operates Monday through Friday with a cutoff time of 3:30 PM. Transfers are also not instant and are typically not delivered until around 6:00 PM. When I opened a CD, my Social Security number was recorded incorrectly. I understand the need to correct this; however, I do not provide sensitive information over the phone. I was informed that a DocuSign link would be sent through the website’s secure message center so I could update the information safely. Always great service
Signed for an auto loan with Credit Human at a dealership at 8% even though I had good credit, and refinanced at another credit union for 3.49%. I waited 40 min on a Tuesday at 3pm to close my account. Workers were pleasant enough but not very friendly. Less than average experience. Edit: The tellers treated me and the guy next to me like we were an inconvenience, even though they seemed like they weren’t busy at all, and for long period of time. Changed from 3 to 2.
Exceptional service from start to finish. The team was professional and welcoming, and Elain went above and beyond. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care.
