This Bureau took over a debt of mine and when I talked to them for the first time they were very friendly. We were able to work to out a payment plan that worked well for me quickly, to which I thank them for doing so. The whole time we were with them they always answered our questions and helped us understand what we didn't. Enjoyed the time I had with them, wish we meet under different circumstances but still glad I got to work with them. Thanks for working with me guys appreciate it.
Talk about kick people when they’re down!! You people shouldn’t be able to sleep at night. There isn’t one company you collect for that will struggle paying for gas and groceries while you empty people’s bank accounts!!
They somehow got my bank account information which is only about 4 months old and took every last cent I had which was only about a $188 but it was for my bills. The agent Angela was very rude to me and refused to talk to me.
Absolutely horrible company, that is literally preying off the people's misery and life threatening issues. Will literally RUIN you life in more ways than one, I should have just told the hospital to let me die that night, it would have been better.
