The operator Mark Burns is very rude and very unprofessional. If you have to call this company, you may want to ask for a different operator, my wife just tried to pay MY debt with MY debit card and like credit1 they would NOT let her...THIS is stupid!!!! Personally id be MORE worried about someone who tried to use THEIR own card to pay!! Any way have a good day
