I have had a loan with this branch several times and I’ve always paid them and kept my positive standing with them. But the new manager Devonte I’m assuming he is, doesn’t work with his customers when they need an increase. Just says, you haven’t had the loan long enough for an increase. Destiny the manager there straight ghetto.. she was asking me questions and discussing things over with my husband as well in the phone and she was like ok and just hung up the phone in my face very rude and unprofessional that's how it be when the wrong kind in office...
