Good people to do business with! I have to mail in my payment and if it reaches them a day or two late, due to delivery, they don’t freak out! I’ve had 2 loans with them and I’m very satisfied! If you need a loan or tax service, these are the guys to see!
Reps are extremely rude. Called to get my account number to mail a payment and got hung up on as soon as the last digit was given. Absolutely no reason for rudness towards customers especially new customers

Well they was nice to you at first but I would not do any business thier anymore the new lady that down thier now do not treat you like she should and talk to the everyone bad

Okay, I applied for a loan here in June. I was denied due to "insuffcient income." If my $1600.00 a month income is not high enough, I don't want know what is. So I decided to try again a few days ago (requesting a smaller amount). I called to check my application status and the rep was unbelievably rude! After I told the rep my name, she asked if I had applied before and I said yes, last month.
