Great place to get cheap cars financed and leased
they used to be 4 out of 5. I bought a car from them in 2020 and the process was OK. the car was in real bad shape but all around the car and the process worked. I recently went back, Noone asked if I needed help. there was 4 cars in the front available. when I asked to see a car I was treated as if I was charging them to see it. I asked about some of the cars the just got in but the manager refused to talk about them as they were not ready for sale. many of those cars had been sitting there for over a week. Lack of customer service and Unprofessional. The lady by the door is awesome! The older one with short hair needs a chill pill. Customer service goes a long way!
This place is the worst of the worst! Lemon cars all day everyday, please save your money elsewhere for better official car dealerships. They never provide aide through their apparent third party financing and warranty in any hopes to help you if you need a car. I purchased a car from them within 2 weeks and the stupid car was having issues. It never started and I used all the hard money I earned to be wasted on a company with them.
