The female Lori is very rude and refuses to work with you and actually laughed when asked to set a payment plan that would help me and my family out and would also take care of the bill, She seem to find it funny and as she laughed ask me "what are you going to do quit your job so not to be garnished"
Lori at this business is very rude and will not work with you. Even doing something as asking if you can pay a month ahead seems to be a chore for her to answer. She makes you feel belittled like you did something wrong. Even when making payments and paying the bill off. They need a new representative!
I have had the displeasure of dealing with Credit Care more than I would like. I had several medical bills in which I was unable to pay and they went into collections with this company. I have recently had a baby and my husband works in manufacturing. I tried on two occasions to set up payment arrangements that would fit our already tiny budget. I was turned down both times.
