Not an accurate place to get credit score. If you lived under the same landlord it should reflect on your credit as well as your timely paid utility bills. But they don't.
They are extremely rude here. Obviously nobody had customer service classes here. They are not helpful and are angry people. Do not to look to get help here. It won't happen!!
Horrible experience, unprofessional and extremely rude. My debt was paid and they kept calling for months.
On top of them being rude and not having any manners when speaking to PAYING customers. They didn't remove the debt off of credit report for months and months and months, even though it's been paid.
