This has the rudest, most unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with. I believe she was trying to scam an employee out of more money. I have been a professional for over 40 years and I understand HEPA because I have a medical background. If you are going to call and try and collect money, be ready to give the name of your business! One star is one star too many!
