THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I RECENTLY FOUND FROM MY CREDIT REPORT THAT I OWED A MEDICAL BILL THAT WAS BEING PROCESSED BY THIS COMPANY. I ATTEMPTED TO DISPUTE IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT BECAUSE I DID NOT RECOGNIZE IT BUT DECIDED TO PAY WHEN IT CAME BACK. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CHARLOTTE. I INITIALLY ASKED IF THERE WAS SOME TYPE OF SETTLEMENT AMOUNT DUE TO THE AGE OF THE BILL. SHE SAID THERE WAS NOT AND THAT THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WAS EXPECTED.
