Don't waste your time with them. You're gonna lose your "dream house" because of them. They will not return your calls or inform you what's the status of mortgage underwriting process and when time runs out they will just back off and you will have to terminate your contract. In best case you will only lose time and not get house you wanted to buy. But you can also lose your earnest money and money for appraisal even that there won't be any.
