Scum bags. I had a payment plan setup where they took out my weekly payment and it stopped coming out of my account. Bank account or debit card DID NOT change so I thought my balance was 0. Well got a letter from my employee they were garnishing me $330 after I already paid them almost $2,000. We recently moved so the court paperwork was sent to the wrong address and was forwarded to my new address and I received it AFTER the court date.
