I was a customer and at first things seemed to be going well. I had creditors sending me letters and I wasn’t sure what to do next. So I called CreditOne USA to ask like what’s next? What is the process? Should I respond to the letters. No one would call me back. When you went into the office no one could see you and all I could do is leave a message.
