Credible Solar didn't do my original solar installation and there was 2 installers before Dru could get to me. He's a busy man and it took him awhile to get over here but he fixed me up and he didn't charge me hardly anything. As a senior citizen I appreciate that. 100% recommend Credible Solar if you need help with your solar .
The installation team did a sloppy job—several panels were misaligned, and my roof started leaking after just a few weeks. I had to hire an independent roofer to assess the damage, and he confirmed it was caused by improper installation. This company refuses to take responsibility or pay for repairs. Terrible experience.

They told me I would see huge savings on my electric bill, but it’s barely changed—plus I’m stuck with a high monthly payment for the panels. On top of that, I was overbilled for extra services I never agreed to. When I complained, they gave me the runaround and still haven’t fixed the issue. Would not recommend.
Solar wasn't working for a year they came out saw problem fixed it highly recommended
