We received three quotes for a replacement AC unit and decided to go with Credible because the value was clear and Eugene did a really thorough explanation of the options. While the price quoted was in the middle of our other two quotes, we felt that you get what you pay for. We purchased a Lennox 3 ton unit to replace the 12 year old Carrier that we had from the time our home was built. I could but believe that from start to finish, a brand new, installed AC system in less than 24 hours. Dennis did a great job, and everything was left clean at the end of the job. Very happy with this company's service.

Technician was outstanding despite the fact I was actually really rude and blamed them when they actually came back went above and beyond for me and got my ac working better then it previously was.
