So I called in two prescriptions to be transferred from Plains 6 days ago. They said they would. Got several.messahes in My Chart saying filled. We drive from Hot Springs to Polson, had another appointment so thank goodness it wasn't a wasted trip. Get there they don't have and don't even show an order for the two. Whoever took my call did not do anything. They did fill a prescription that I did not want and did not order. So this so the second time they have messed up. I went in to pick up my wife epi-pen she used her last pen weeks before they said it was on hold because they would loss money because her Medicare wouldn’t pay for it all and I would have to find another pharmacy + they did call to let us know they were not filling it nice out fit those were exact words
