I was recommended by several hardware stores in the city of Charleston to this establishment and when I took my weed eating there the young man behind the counter was great. Took my name and number and gave me a receipt slip and asked what was the issue and I briefly explained which he understood. Terrible business. Whoever was in the back was having a kid running back and forth and told me I'd have to come back Monday and they were supposedly "closed"....with the door wide open, lights on and they could've taken 2 minutes to help. I'll go to Smith's and pick up weed eater string for $50 before I'd take anything for free from this joke of a place. It's no wonder it has so many bad reviews.
You have to wade multiple dogs to reach the front desk and they never have what u need. I waited 3 weeks on replacement blades before telling them to forget it. My wife and I call this place "Sorry to Bother You Tractor Supply" because when you stop in, u are definitely a bother.
Guy was pretty dismissive. I am slightly disabled and was looking for ideas to mow my own yard and hill. He told me to pay someone. Seems they work with landscapers..
