Extremely unprofessional, will continue to make others aware of this place.I had a negative experience with Jennifer over a billing matter. When payment came up, she raised her voice and was pointing her finger in my face rather than discussing it calmly, and I left the appointment feeling belittled and dismissed. I'd expect a health professional to handle fees and any disagreement with basic respect and discretion, and that wasn't my experience.
