This bus service is absolutely disgraceful and shows zero concern for the safety of children. The supervisor is Quiana Jackson- Ashe she’s completely unprofessional and clearly hates working with kids — she shouldn’t be anywhere near children, let alone responsible for their care. They sent a bus for my daughter that wasn’t her usual one, which stopped only briefly. By the time I noticed, the bus had already sped off, leaving her stranded. This company is horrible, you're lucky if your kid makes it to school on time or at all... You can call.They're very nice on the phone, but it does you know good when you're sitting in parking lots at five thirty in the morning waiting and waiting... Oh, and then sometimes they just don't come..
One of the worst transportation companies in the state. My daughter's bus has been late just about everyday this school year. You never know when the bus is picking up or dropping off. No accountability whatsoever. Same problem for the past 3 years now with no solution in sight.
