They lost my daughter!! Our first year at CREC. Zero communication on transportation. Only after we inquired did they say that transportation would not be available to us for the first week becuase they were so far behind. Unacceptable for my daughter to miss the first week becuase of your staffing issues. I spoke to the supervisor and Superintendent of schools. Horrible, incompetent drivers!
This bus company SUCKS. This is my son’s first year taking the bus and they are late every single day. They send out ridiculous inaccurate texts about the bus being 5 minutes late and then it doesn’t show up for another 45 minutes. Complete lack of time management. Worst bus company I’ve ever experienced.
How they receive any funding from anywhere should be investigated. This is the most disorganized, ridiculously chaotic “company” I have ever encountered. They are discriminatory, rude, and have little to no empathy or responsibility for the enormous responsibility of transporting children. They have personally retaliated against me and my special needs child for requesting a bus stop that was not 40 minutes from our home.
