The general manager is not seeking new day care business for pets not seen by Creature Comforts Veterinary Team. She would not take the time to listen to what I was saying, she contradicted her staff's confirmation of vaccination receipt from our vet, and was rude and dismissive to boot. Perhaps the general manager is having a bad day but it doesn't speak well to a service orientated business.
