I appreciate the team here and how willing they are when appointments are set up to get my girl in fast. Shes older and we had to switch to creature comforts recently, its better for the cost of care and consistency of care as well. Dr. Kelsey was so comforting and kind during my visit where I had to say goodbye to my baby. She let me have all the time I needed and made sure I understood everything that was happening throughout the process. Dr. Kelsey took the time to explain the X rays of my cat and the options I had. If possible I would leave negative Stars. My dog died and I can't help but think it's possibly because they turned him away because it was too close to closing time for them and they were ready to go home. Not only will I not bring my animals back here ever I will make sure all of my friends and anyone I can possibly tell to not bring their dog or pet here. All they care about is their time clock they don't give a crap about an actual animal.
