We are new to Creature Comforts. I called with a sick cat on a Sunday and was offered a same day appointment. We ended up scheduling for today. My husband took him in and raved about his experience. The kindness the office staff, vet techs, and veterinarians showed our sweet Squish was top tier. He is our baby. He was given treats, a thorough exam, and a reasonable plan of care. Woke up on a Saturday morning to my cat not feeling well. My usual Vet wasn’t open on this particular Saturday. I didn’t want to wait until Monday so I started looking around. I live in Newton, IA Got ahold of a Vet practice who said try Creature Comfort in Ankeny. It was well worth our trip. We had such friendly and informative service. We found this amazing office when we had an urgent need at the end of last year. Even though they had not seen us before they got us right in. The building is clean, the staff is amazing! They get down on the floor with our dogs. We have switched our care here and couldn’t be happier. If you want someone that cares, listens and is through this is the place! Everyone here is seriously amazing. I have a rabbit and have been to a lot of different vet offices and I can say with confidence Creature Comforts is the best. They are so informative and caring and if you have questions you can text or call them and they will do their best to help. My dog had Pyometra and my Vet couldn’t do this type of operation so they called Creature Comforts to see if they could get Amira in ASAP. They did, in less that 24 hours they fit her in. The staff, vet and assistants are the best. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the team that saved Amira’s life; Dr Chelsea, Bethany and Karen. ❤️❤️❤️.
