I appreciate the team here and how willing they are when appointments are set up to get my girl in fast. Shes older and we had to switch to creature comforts recently, its better for the cost of care and consistency of care as well. They're a very caring team and make sure any of our questions are met with answers we'll actually understand. Thank you!
Everyone here is seriously amazing. I have a rabbit and have been to a lot of different vet offices and I can say with confidence Creature Comforts is the best. They are so informative and caring and if you have questions you can text or call them and they will do their best to help. During the initial appointment they treated my rabbit with kindness and made sure both of us were ok throughout the appointment, they were clear about costs up front and were very informative about the best path I could take. I will definitely be returning to this location. My cat Tony recently had a tumble off our balcony, and everyone at Creature Comforts was very understanding of what happened. Dr. Herriott was very kind and informative on what they will do to examine him, and the employees made sure to give me estimates on what I should expect for the cost right away (which was much lower than other vets I had called, thank goodness). My dog had Pyometra and my Vet couldn’t do this type of operation so they called Creature Comforts to see if they could get Amira in ASAP. They did, in less that 24 hours they fit her in. The staff, vet and assistants are the best. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the team that saved Amira’s life; Dr Chelsea, Bethany and Karen. ❤️❤️❤️. Be sure to Spay your dog so you never have to go through this.
Can’t say enough good things about Creature Comforts! The staff are all amazing. My dog had a pretty big surgery (at least for me) and had some issues over Christmas. Called immediately at 8 am the day after Christmas and they were able to help me out right away and get my dog the medication he needed to help him feel better.
