I can't figure out how to delete my review... I meant to leave a review for Creature Comforts Veterinary in Saylorsburg PA... This is obviously not the same establishment. Birdeye.. can you please delete my review.

I am writing this review of my experiences over the years with creature comforts. We had been going to CC for well over 25 years. I know without a doubt Dr Karin saved my 12 yr old dog's life back then when no one else could find out what was wrong with her. She was all hands on, caring and very communicative. My baby lived to 17 1/2. I have to thank her for that. That was back then. Over more recent years I had experienced rude receptionists and confusing billing. If you truly care about your pet, do not subject them to injury by boarding them at this facility. We had boarded our cats previously there a few times without incident. However, our last boarding was a nightmare. We brought our three cats in for a 6 day stay on a Tuesday when we went on vacation. My wife picked them up in their pet carriers on Sunday afternoon and drove the 20 minute ride home. When we let them out of their carriers, two of them were okay but the third cat came out limping.
