Here's a tip for Creature Comforts - try doing what you say you will, and not abandoning a nine yr old dog while the owners who hired you are on vacation. The dog peed all over the house and the neighbors saw that you only visited once a day, if that, at most 9-10min, per THIRTY min visit that the owner paid for (three times per day). No positive reviews for this company.

Matthew did not come as often or stay as long as we paid him to. He left my dog inside for 14 hour stretches. My brand new hardwood floors are warped and swollen in spots from urine sitting on them for so long. I had to scrub away caked on feces in two places. My neighbors started looking for him after it became obvious that he wasn't coming often enough or staying long enough to properly care for the animals. I called Creature Comforts of Charlotte in late March, looking for daily dog walks for my dog Charlie. Had called other companies, no one answered their phone :( Spoke to Matthew, who was very polite, professional, funny, and put me at ease since Charlie has some separation anxiety issues. Consultation went great, Charlie really liked Matthew! So far everything is going great, he even made my husband and I brownies last week!
