Very Poor. Got a call, was having trouble with our phone. Told her to call back. She said she had to meet with her husband, but we had a grooming appointment. I just wanted a reliable groomer. SHe Lied!! I waited for her and got a call. Told her our phone was acting up, she called back & said she was meeting her husband. What about my dog!
