This is my 'go to' petl supply shop for my exotics. They usually have everything I need, but if not, they order it in fairly quickly. The aquatics side is really good, and the staff know their stuff. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Recommended
Great staff
We attended twice today for advice on getting help with an axolotl . And they were 10 times more helpful than other pet stores where we had reserved one already . Both guys were super helpful and we were able to bring a water sample in for us to bring one home which has made my nephew super happy as he’s wanted one for ages . Thank you to the 2 guys who were super helpful will highly recommended this pet store We also got a gold fish
Had a quick visit and admired the variety they have of food, toys and bits for animals from large to small critters. Fish section it very much worth a visit. Michelle was a delight to met and brought great energy to my shop :) Highly recommend
