Uncaring pet store I find most of the people that work there to be rude and not animal lovers. I recently went there and watched as a baby rat struggled to fight for it's life and the guy that was there didn't care. He wouldn't let me buy it so I could take it to a vet and have it put down humanely. He was very rude and uncaring. The rat died as I held it, I also had the girl who worked there tell me they put mice in the freezer when they get too many of them. While they are still alive. Large supply This is a very large store with an abundant supply of pet supplies. I often find the store to feel cluttered and dirty. The fish tanks will often look dirty or have dead fish.
WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME I visited this store for the first time on January 10th, 2013 and was greeted by a pleasant guy at the door, but that's where the pleasant atmosphere ended. We were approached multiple times as if we were there to buy a car. The first time the salesperson approached us and asked if we needed help, I politely declined and said we were just browsing. We brought our pet, Suzy our Shih-Tzu who is on a special diet and before I realized it the salesperson gave her a treat without asking if it was alright. ... read more
Creature Comforts Pet Center I've been to this pet shop many, many times. They have a wide variety of stuff to get for almost every kind of animal. They are very friendly and do their best to help you when you are in there. I'd definitely recommend them.

Huge independent pet store This is one of the largest independent pet stores I have ever seen. They carry several varieties of each brand, which can be helpful if you are looking for some of the harder-to-find varieties like the senior cat food formulas. The only complaint that I have is that they only carry a limited number of brands, so I had a hard time finding the one I wanted. The staff was very helpful, however, and it was a pleasant place to shop.
