I ordered a coffee maker from Creative Coffee for about $200 and can't use it because it''s too hard for me to close because of arthritis. There is nothing wrong with it, it's my own problem. I contacted the company and told them I need to return it. They wanted a video of me trying to close it which I sent to them. I received no response. So I resent the email and video 2 more times. I ordered 4 coffee makers from their webpage. A quick search showed they had the best deals, which turned out to be great online store, and finally free shipping. They didn’t have all my items, and presumed I’d want my order filled by Christmas… so they called me! No pressure. Super lovely. Just called to offer alternate suggestions to make sure I was happy.
