The creative world school would be a great place to send your kids if it was under different management. Kelsey the director of the school is unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. I would not trust sending my kids to this school under her supervision. She is know to be inappropriate with other teachers and picks and chooses who gets special treatment.

I would be cautious about using this daycare. We previously attended a location in Frisco under the same ownership, which abruptly closed without any notice. For the past two years, I’ve been trying to get a refund for an overcharge on my account, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Update: As you can see, they claim I only filed for a refund recently. That’s not true. I have multiple emails and phone records showing I reached out well before, asking for the refund. Worked here the end of last year to the beginning of the year. Work here if you want to feel unappreciated, over worked and want to feel like your voice doesn’t matter. The management plays favorites, messes with time cards and praises one worker for staying late and criticizing the other worker by telling them to “pick up the pace.” They don’t care about your personal time, communication sucks when it comes to meetings and most of the time go out of state ratio for each age group. All of the admin and teachers are so sweet and supportive. When my son cries they are always there for him with open arms. I love how they are ALWAYS doing activities, and every month they focus on a new subject. I can't recommend Creative World enough!
