I loved the individualized care & service I received. I bought a "heavy duty" bra for work, & I got thru my day without back pain!
My fitter was super patient with me and showed me exactly what I needed based on what I described as my needs. I would say the only downfall was that she originally fitted me for a size MUCH too small for me, but once I guided her to the sizes I'm accustomed to (based on my previous experience with a custom bra fitter on the East Coast), she took the reigns and was able to show me exactly what would work. This place has the nicest staff. They are professional and know what they are talking about. The bras I bought fit me like Ive never had bras fit before! Why did I wait!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER THE OWNER OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS OR KEEP CUSTOMERS BC SHE'S RUDE AND KNOWS NOTHING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SO I WILL SPEND MY $200 AT HOLLY BRAS OR JEANETTES INSTEAD ARRIVED TO AN EMPTY STORE YET WHEN I WAS PURCHASING GIRL TRAINING ANOTHER FOR 15 MINUTES WHEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD QUICKLY RING ME UP TP PIKUP MY SON THEY SAID NO I COULD COME BACK! I JUST DROVE 2HRS FOR THIS SO I POLITELY COMPLAINED TO OWNER AND SHE WAS UNBELIEVABLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
