Ray is an incredible stretch therapist! Every session is highly effective, tailored to my body's needs, and filled with great energy. If you want to move better and feel more relaxed, I highly recommend booking with Ray.
Had my first session today with Ray to help me with tightness and pain in my lower back and hips. And WOW! I can tell a difference already. He also sent me home with homework that my husband can help with to keep making improvements in between sessions. Who knew that stretches like this could make such a difference?!?!?! I’m looking forward to making this a regular part of my self care.
