They do what they do very very well!!!!!!!!!! I have been going to Creative Wellness for 7 years for one reason or another. I have had many a massage there, and the massage therapists are the best! My personal favorite is Christine Reay (one of the co-owners). Chris is the superbly trained and has wonderful hands. She wants your experience to be exactly as you'd like it...ie. deep tissue massage that is just right for your level of pressure. Great! I love creative wellness. I just go for relaxation massages, but they are wonderful. I really like Barb. She's very professional and and a GREAT massuse. I come out of Creative Wellness feeling completely relaxed and renewed. The smell and music used to relax me are awesome!! I recommend this health center! The location is prime too, close to the expressway!
Great Place I have gone here for NIA classes and have found that they are great. They have classes on everything from Yoga to meditiation and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. They also have some of the greatest massage therapists. Including new types of massage techniques. Alternate ideas for health are stressed here and it's a good place to get information also on other alternative places such as the health food stores. They are top class.
One Stop Shop For Physical Health! I love that the Center for Creative Wellness is so close. Decent selection of books, cds, tapes and other wellness related items at good prices. Extremely capable practitioners. Nice range of offerings for classes in a comfortable space.
