This is a scam company. They continually try to extort more money out of you after you agree to use their services, and threaten to take your website down if you don't pay them. I would recommend disputing any payments you have made to them with your credit card company if this happens to you.
Creative Website Studios is very easy to work with. They're great for small business owners that need to manage their online presence at a reasonable cost.
Stay Away! They call you right before your website hosting term is about to expire. They have not given you any previous notice of it. They tell you to pay a way over market price to renew it or they will shut it down. When you tell them you are going to hire a new hosting service they will not release your domain name unless you renew with them and threatened to shut down my site immediately if I did not pay them. CON ARTISTS. BAIT AND SWITCH. They do not honor the contract. I had a website built and the integral algorithm functions stopped working mysteriously. They told me that I need to pay hundreds of dollars to have the ownership rights of the website (meaning taking ownership of the back files before they will fix the issue).
