Very very poor customer service. Employee accused me of "opening a bottle" when I'm reality was already open. When I examined the others, some of the others were open too. Employee went from 0 to 100 really quickly. The man started using foul words, with his temper through the roof. Id like to note, that the manager of the facility WAS present, and failed to take ANY action. Couldn't be more displeased with the broadway location! Walked in willing to drop a decent amount of money on a new mod an juice, but due to poor treatment an inappropriate work ethics I quickly left and will not return. These guys should not be getting paid to sit around an smoke with their poor ass customer service. How hard can your job be? Keep your mouth shut, let people sample juices, stock the products. Asked Curt for some advice on an easy to use mod that I could use with my Kangertech Protank 2 that I have, and he hooked me up with a Council of Vapor Mini Volt. I love it! The ejuice I got is really great too! Thanks alot Curt!
I had to go into creative vapor this afternoon because my e-cigarette text kept tasting burnt (I just bought a new coil last week) Manny and Anthony did a full diagnostic and found out the issue and resolved it within 10 minutes. This store has exceptional customer service and I would recommend going into this location to buy any juice and any hardware. Thx guys!!!
