Compré un tour en minibus para ver los fiordos con un par de semanas de antelación. Cuando llegó el día no estaba en la lista de la actividad y no pude hacerla por overbooking. Por suerte dejé un día libre en mi semana y pudieron encontrarme y pagarme una actividad similar en otra empresa además de devolverme el dinero, gracias Silvia por la atención y el trato.
They did not seem to want to work with me. I walked into their office, explained the type of vacation package I was looking for and was told they would get in contact with me "within a week" with a proposal. It's been almost a month now and they never called me back or answered my e-mail correspondence. At this point they are obviously not as reliable as I would expect from a serious travel agency and I no longer want to work with them.
