This place gave me something I didn’t think I’d ever have again—hope. The staff made me feel seen and heard, not just treated. The whole setup felt like a safe space where I could finally breathe. Therapy was deep but gentle, and I actually looked forward to group sessions (never thought I’d say that). The rooms were cozy , the food wasn’t half bad, and the people? Solid. It felt more like a little healing community than some cold facility. I’m walking out stronger than I came in.
Literally was just inquiring about my type of insurance to see if I qualify for the NA part of the program a man with such a poor poor attitude picked up , as I truly thought I only heard alcohol he didn’t seem interested in helping me or directing me in any other treatment centers and didn’t even give me the chance to tell him have a great day and thanks for his time . I tried calling back for even management it was the same rude man and he HUNG UP ON ME. Tried calling back and they purposely ignoring my calls , are you kid... read more
Addiction Treatment Help-Center was the kind of place that gave me structure without making it feel like prison. The staff was respectful, encouraging, and always made time when I had questions or was struggling. They had a good routine — group sessions, one-on-ones, and activities that kept my mind in the right place.Everything ran smooth, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to see me succeed. The place was clean, organized, and the energy was calm but focused. I walked out clearer, more balanced, and finally hopeful abou... read more
I reached out not knowing what to expect, and I’m glad I did. From the first convo, they were straight with me—no scripts, no pressure, just real talk. Detox was rough, but they guided me through it without making me feel like I had to be perfect. They didn’t just tell me what to do—they walked through it with me.What really made this place stand out was the support after detox. They helped me figure out what my recovery should look like, not just hand me a cookie-cutter plan. If you’re ready to get clean and need people who... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO CREATIVE TREATMENT OPTIONS. My counselor who was Bronwyn Neal with Creative treatment options had emailed the assignment that. needed to be completed before I could be discharged. I emailed all assignments required to her on January 23rd, 2024. I had talked to her and let her know that my probation officer has it scheduled to be done February 22nd, 2024. She told me that I wouldn't be done in time because I needed to do a Secondary contact group again and that. she would talk ... read more
